XK-QDYY1A provides two different groups of components which are hydraulic and pneumatic. XK-QDYY1A is also equipped with two independent PLC electrical control module for hydraulic & pneumatic and carry out hydraulic & pneumatic experiment simultaneously.

XK-QDYY1A adopts standard industrial grade of hydraulic & pneumatic components and novel modular design, system combination connection is convenient. The training platform can do large quantity of training projects corresponding to actual industry application. XK-QDYY1A train and promote students design ability,operational ability and integrated ability.

A. Hydraulic Part
The training platform adopts standard industrial grade hydraulic components and unique modular design, directly constitute the hydraulic system that connection conveniently. Students will familiar with the constitution of hydraulic system and working principle of hydraulic system, finish various of typical control loop training.

1. Main Feature:

1.1 Training bench main structure is welded by cold-roll steel sheets, the whole structure is reasonable, T type slot aluminum operating platform.

1.2 Industrial grade components

Training bench adopts standard industrial hydraulic component, the components adopt industry hydraulic famous brand.

1.3 Components modular design

Each hydraulic component is separate modules, equipped with aluminum installation bottom plate and with elastic slot, user can build kinds of experiment loop in the "T" type aluminum alloy, simple and quick operation. In the "T" type aluminum alloy plate with a groove, if students during the experimental process, there is oil spill will flow directly to the tank and doesn't contaminate the test bench, ensure clean in the process of experiment. Bench with special hydraulic pipe and hydraulic pressure stand, in the process of the experiment for user put oil hydraulic pipe and hydraulic parts, to ensure that the laboratory clean.

Hydraulic circuit adopts quick connectors, electrical control circuit adopts special training wires with protective function, building the circuit according to the instruction or designed by the students manual; completely supporting hydraulic components, student can design more complex applications. Motor pump set with excellent performance, low noise, auto pressure limiting pressure flow. In order to reduce noise of hydraulic drive mechanism, there is an anti-vibration ring at motor pump basement, fuel tank and control panel separate to place, and make the vibration source and other institutions do not form a resonance, greatly reduces the noise and vibration of the plant. And equipped with hydraulic pressure adjustment function, that set the output pressure oil of security work pressure
