PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
This device constitutes by many independent and closely linked work stations, it is suitable for training and practice for mechatronics, automation, automatic control related majors. The experiment device has much better flexibility, that each station is independently controlled by one set PLC control system, and if each module is separated for training, can allow more student studying at the same time. After the basic unit module training is finished, also can link the adjacent two stations, three stations....till eight stations together, to learn the control, programming, assembly and adjustment technology of complex systems

4.4 Main function
It is composed of round chute, sucking disc robot, up and down radial component, bin transposition component, work piece introduced component, vacuum generator, switch power supply, programmable controller, button, I/O interface panel, many kind electromagnetic valves and cylinder. it is mainly to finish feeding material and assembly process. the round chute is used to contain different work piece. If the “station that is waiting for processing” has material, through the bin transformation parts selection the work piece that is going to be assembled, and use the radial parts and vacuum sucking disc to transport work piece on the material, thus to implement integrating and manufacturing the big and small objects.
