PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
XK-MPS1 flexible production training system consists of six station/unit to constitutes production line, these station/unit respectively are: material loading and detection station, transport station, processing station, assembling station, assembling and transport station and sorting station. This training device have a better flexibility, that is each station have a PLC control system and independently controlled, separating the six modules for training ,can accommodate more students studying simultaneously. After complete the basic unit module training, can let the neighbouring two stations, three stations ...to six stations connect together, and thus to learn complex system controlling, programming, assembling and debugging techniques.
TECHNICAL PARAMETER
1) Power supply: AC 220V±10%
2) Power: 200W
3) Feeding detection unit:
Composed by hopper, rotary table, work piece slide, lifting device, reflecting photoelectric sensor, inspecting work piece and color photoelectric switch, switch power supply, programmable controller, buttons, I/O interface board, communication interface board, geared motor, solenoid valve and cylinder. Mainly to complete passing the work piece back to feeding platform and send them to detection station in sequence, lifting device is to lift the work piece and detect the work piece material quality. The roundness hopper is used for feeding the work piece being processed which are of different material quality, through the motor drive the charging tray to rotate, the work piece is transferred to platform of material groove under the action of friction. Equipped with detection sensor for detecting whether the work piece reaches the position, after it reaches there, the lifting cylinder lift the work piece to detection platform and the sensor will check the work piece material quality.
4) Transport unit:
Executive component is composed of mechanical arm, cross arm, rotary table, inductive sensors, switching power supply, programmable controller, buttons, I/O interface board, communication interface board, a variety of types of solenoid valve and cylinder; mainly to complete moving the work piece to next station from last station. Through freedom movement at X, Y, Z three axis, from the “feeding detection unit”, the mechanical arm transfer the material block to “processing unit”.
5) Processing unit:
Executive component composes of rotary table and drilling machining components, scrap detection components, sensors is to detect whether the work piece turntable reaches the position, electromagnetic instruments, switching power supply, programmable controller, buttons, I/O interface board, communication interface board, geared motor, various types of solenoid valve and cylinder. Mainly to complete Location transformation, punching work piece, scrap detection. Use the rotary table to ceaselessly rotate the work piece on the four rotating stations, let the work piece at different processing place and detection place within different times; Drilling unit is to complete drilling processing of the work piece; Detection unit is to complete detection of the scrap.
6) Installing and transport unit:
Executive parts composes of the translation table, rotary table, tower crane arm, mechanical arm, buttons, I/O interface board, communication interface board, switch power supply, programmable controller, various types of solenoid valve and cylinder. Mainly to complete transferring the upper station work piece to installing station, and then send the work piece that has been installed to lower station. Use translation cylinder to control tower crane arm’s moving position, let it work at“ get into”,“wait”,“ take away ”,“ scrap ”three working stations; Use the mechanical arm 180 degrees translation at X axis, 60 degrees vertical movement at Y axis,1cm open and close moving at Z axis, let the work piece on “wait for installing”, “install ”,“ complete and translation”,“ scrap ”three different stations.
7) Installing unit:
Executive component is composes of round hopper, sucker mechanical arm, up and down rocker arm parts and bin transposition parts, work piece pushing components, vacuum generators, switching power supply, programmable controller, buttons, I/O interface board, communication interface board, a variety of types of solenoid valve and cylinder. Mainly to complete feeding and assembling process. The round hopper is used to hold different colors work piece, if there has material at “waiting to be processed place”, the work piece that will be installed is selected by bin transposition parts, use the rocker arm parts and vacuum sucker to install the work piece into material, and thus to complete synthesis processing of large and small material blocks.
8) Sorting working unit:
Executive component parts is composes of sliding rod pushing parts, work piece storage slide way, button, the I/O interface board, communication interface board, switch power supply, programmable controller, solenoid valve and cylinder. Mainly to complete sorting work piece and pushing the workpiece to storage slide way. When the work piece is finished processing and passing the inspection and after this work piece is transferred to this station from” installing and transport unit”, it will use conveyor belt to transport the work piece to bin no. that is waiting for pushing, and then by slide rod pushing component parts, let the work piece slide to slide way bin position.
TRAINING FUNCTION
(1) Sensor training
The quantity of sensors used in the system can reach above forty, there have capacitance type, inductance type, photoelectric type and electromagnetic type, through understanding the different kinds of sensor’s operating characteristics, the students can be strengthened perceptual knowledge to these sensors, and combined with sensor’s principle analysis and characteristic demonstration by teacher, can make the students master the knowledge quickly.
(2) Pneumatic technique training
The device should have large quantities of pneumatic components, consists of various electronic control pneumatic valve, pneumatic cylinder, pneumatic clamping jaw, vacuum chunk, vacuum generator and filtering deceleration valve. When studying these pneumatic components, can not only learn each discrete components independently, but also can understand that how they cooperate with each other to coordinate work among various pneumatic components and among pneumatic components and other components
(3) PLC technique training
Each station of the systematic six working station has a set of PLC controller, make the system can be divided to six independently working unit, can let the two dozens of students studying simultaneously, also each students has the opportunity to operation. The equipment can not only make the students study various kinds of techniques of PLC, but also learn many kinds of usage under comprehensive science and technology environment, provide the condition for flexible studying and mastering aspects knowledge of PLC.
(4) Frequency converter technique training
The system equipped with frequency converter, can carry out various kinds of practical training of frequency converter.
(5) Electrical control system training
The electronic control part of systematic six working station should be all designed in accordance with industrial standard and habits, and provide all the designing drawings and specification in accessory way. On this equipment, students can learn circuit principle analysis, checking each I/0 address of PLC and analysis methods to new equipment circuit connection.
(6) Mechanical system installation and debugging training
The six working stations in the system can let each group students separate the mechanical part in whole or in part, based on requirement, make them reassembly, and debug them until the system can work normally and reliably
(7) System maintenance and fault detection techniques training
On the equipment, students can be trained the contents and method of mechatronics system daily maintenance and method of system common fault analysis and troubleshooting.
