1.Product overview
XK-OCT1 overhead crane training equipment consults function of actual 20/5T type overhead travelling crane and is designed by narrowed fixed size proportion. It is mainly divided into three parts as mechanical structure, electrical structure and metal structure. Mechanical part: consists of cart running mechanism, trolley running mechanism and hoisting mechanism. It contains: motor, electric hoist, reducer, wheel gear, transmission shaft and cartwheel, etc..Metal structure: mainly consists of bridge(girder, end girder, cart track, trolley track), large car frame, trolley frame and control box. Electrical structure: consists of electrical equipment and electrical circuit. It contains: power plant of overhead crane and control system of starting, speed regulation, reversing and stopping of each mechanism.
The operation to the electrical part of the device ,can implement various kinds of movement control of 20/5T type overhead travelling crane, It contains: lifting hook’s hoisting and descending, left and right movement of cart, fore and aft movement of trolley, electrical limit protection of cart movement, electrical limit protection of trolley movement ,ultimate limit protection of cart movement, ultimate limit protection of trolley movement and ultimate limit protection of lifting hook’s hoisting. The device is equipped with AB PLC, can be used for carrying out the automatic operation control of the crane.
XK-OCT1 overhead crane training device organically connects the machine’s electrical part and mechanical part together and the movement of the overhead crane has being all showed up and thus make the teaching and learning more lively. The device is fit for training and evaluating which related to machine’s electrical part in primary, intermediate and advanced skill testing of the maintenance electrician and it is also suits to programmable controllers’control training of electrical automation and mechatronics related majors.
