The main structure and features of heavy gantry cnc cutting machine
- The beam adopts enhanced wide body box structure and endframe adopts low center of gravity, make the equipment durable and symmetric. All the welding points are stress released to ensure the whole rigidity strength and dynamic balance.
- The machine is equipped with gear rack, servo motor and planetary reducer on both horizontal and vertical direction, the horizontal move adopts high precision drive rail and steel belt, can transmit stably on the same or specular direction between master-slave cutting torches.
- Crossbeam drive adopts PMI linear guide rail , to ensure the moving accuracy and cutting quality.
- Well performed Thermadyne, Hypertherm and Kjellberg plasma power supply optional
- Automatic memory function when power off or emergency stop.
- Auto alarm function when faced with a mistake or arc breaking.
- Multilanguage(English, Chinese, French, Germany, Portuguess, Spanish ect) switch on the interface.
- 17" LCD touch screen, convenient design, easy to operate.
