Ground Source Heat Pump Unit
Ground source heat pump unit is a kind of new type energy utilization technology which uses shallow ground energy to make heating or cooling and it is one of heat pumps.
Heat pump unit generally means to transfer the heating or cooling from underground to the required places. Generally, heat pumps are used for refrigeration and heating. Ground source heat pump has also utilized the strong heat and coldness storing capacity of the underground soil, to transfer the heat in underground soil to the inner buildings and to transfer the heat in the buildings to underground. Components
1. Semihermetic screw refrigeration compressor, with simpler structure, even and continuous inlet and exhaust air, small running shock, high stability and long life span.
2. Shell & tube evaporator and condenser
3. Expansion valve: electronic expansion valve control system can meet as much as 2600 steps control precision, which can make the unit keep optimal condition.
4. All the assembly work will be finished in the factory and the unit can be delivered after qualified operation and trial test.
5. Microcomputer control system.
The standard operation conditions:
Cooling conditions:the underground water inlet temperature: 25°C, outlet temperature:30°C; cold water inlet temperature 12°C, outlet temperature 7°C.
Heating conditions: the underground water inlet temperature: 0°C, outlet temperature:/°C; hot water inlet temperature 40°C, outlet temperature / °C.
The outlet temperature under heating conditions depends on the water flow under cooling conditions.
