The AS10 pull&push-type arc spray coating equipment consists of:
1. Model AS10-LA pull-type arc pistol
2. Model AS10-D power supply unit for arc spray coating
3. Model AS-10-F wire feeder
The arc spray-coating machine is mainly used to prevent against large area corrosion and deal with large area abrasion of steel structures, repair surfaces of mismachined machine parts and prepare the conductive coating of capacitors.
Main coating materials: zinc, aluminum, terne alloy, copper, carbon steel and stainless steel.
This arc pistol can be attached to machine tools for spray coating large work pieces of regular shapes as required by production processes of different operating conditions.

1. It is suitable for the pull-type arc pistol; however it can also be used in case of the push-type arc pistol.
2. This power supply unit integrates the arc pistol operating condition control, wire feeding speed control and air piping, and therefore it is ideal special equipment for arc spray coating.
3. It is easy to control and operate. Synchronous control with the switch of the power supply unit at a distant end can be realized just by turning the switch on the arc pistol.
