The arc spray machine is mainly used in large area corrosion resistance of steel structures, repair of mismachined machine parts, and the conductive coating of capacitors.
Dominant coating materials include zinc, aluminum, terne alloy, copper, carbon steel and stainless steel.
This arc gun can be mounted onto machine tools for spraying large work pieces of regular shapes when required.

Performance of AS-TA Push-type Arc Gun
- It is casted by the integer of gun body and nozzle. Therefore arc flow is stable.
- The air cap is made of high-temperature ceramic material,
- The coating quality is super because of concentrated flame flow.
- The wire guide tube is made of an abrasive resistant material, and it is convenient to change.
- The air cap can be adjusted freely in axial direction, so it is suitable for all kinds of materials.
- The remote switch of the gun is convenient to control on and off.
Performance of Wire Feeding Device.
1,The wire feeding device is drived by four drivers, so its powder is high.
2,Wire feeding speed is regulated by means of electronic circuits.
3,The clamping mechanism is rational.

- The powder is high,. So it can be stably used on the condition of over 300A.
