Process:
Belt conveyor and Crusher:The pp/pe films go into the conveyor belt which is moved by inside scroll wheel.
Crusher:crusher the pp/pe films.
Screw loader:Put the pp/pe filmss into the hot washer boiler to clean.
Hot washing boiler:If the films are very dirty, like oil, sand, it must be use hot washer boiler.(not necessary)
Washing tank: It is a necessary part for cleaning pp/pe films to make the films more clean.
Firction washing machine: After crushing material entering the mouth, through the high speed on the axis of the blade flap and spray water to the common function of good cleaning effect.
Dewatering machine: Rejection the water from the pp/pe films, moisture content is 3%-5%.
Dryer & Silo :Storage materials.
Electric control box:PLC control system.
