Description of pt100 temperature transmitter :

Integrated temperature transmitter is composed of temperature sensor and signal converter, signal converter is installed in the cold end temperature sensor junction box, temperature sensor affected by temperature resistance or potential effects, the transformation to create a differential voltage signal. The signal by the amplifier amplification, then through transformation, current and voltage output corresponding to the range of 4-20 ma current signal or other 0 to 5 v / 0 to 10 v signals.

 

Charateristics of pt100 temperature transmitter : 

 

1. Can two wire transfer. Two signal converter power supply wire and the output signal

2. Constant current output signals or constant pressure, strong anti-jamming capability, remote                       transmission performance is good.

3. Signal converter with epoxy resin encapsulation into modules, with the advantages of shock resistance,        corrosion resistance, moisture proof, can be used in conditions of poor areas.

4. Thermocouple millivolt signal through the signal converter directly into 4 ~ 20 ma output current, using        ordinary cable transmission signal, can save expensive compensation conductor.

5. A live show of temperature transmitter output 4 ~ 20 ma current signal, and can read the measured            temperature at the scene of the temperature measurement, was a great convenience to the operating          personnel.

6. High precision, good anti-jamming, long term stability, free maintenance, remote transmission (as far as        1000 meters).
