Rising Plug Valves

Model description: 316 material series needle valve 6000psig(414bar) 1/2 NPT(outer)×1/4 NPT(inner) 0.16"bore diameter.
Characteristic:
1. Cold drawing square bar body.
2. Non rotating stem head can prolong the service life of the valve seat
3. Direct type of port hole can achieve maximum flow.
4. The grease of stem thread is insulated with system medium.
5. Can change the design of valve seat and valve head.
6. Clean ring can prevent the stem thread from external contamination.
7. Can be installed with plate.
8. Handle is with locking screw on both ends, solid and durable.
9. Various handle colors is available for choose.
10. Each valve is sealing tested according to the nitrogen with rated working pressure before leaving factory.

Stainless steel:414 bar (6000 psig)
alloy 400:345 bar (5000 psig)
Working temperature
Acetal seat :-28 °C to 121°C (-20°F to 250°F)
PEEK valve seat:-28 °C to 204°C (-20°F to 400°F)
PFA valve seat:-28 °C to 204°C (-20°F to 400°F)
