Model description: 316 material series needle valve 6000psig(414bar) 1/8 NPT(inner) 0.16" bore diameter.

Characteristics:

1. Integrated forging body.

2. Two section valve stem design, upper stem thread is through special hardening treatment, lower stem surface is through rolling hardening treatment.

3. The grease of upper stem thread is insulated with system medium.

4. The non-rotating lower stem is up-and-down motion instead of rotation lifting, reducing each stroke’s friction to material, and reducing the friction of valve seat and valve head.

5.The valve has back sealing function in the fully open position .

6.Can be installed with plate.

7.Handle is with both ends screw locked, solid and durable.

8.Various colors of handle is available for choose.

9.Each valve is sealing tested according to the nitrogen or water with rated working pressure before leaving factory.
