1. Description of oil ceramic proppant machinery
Disc granulator also known as pelletizer ,is applicable to the construction, petroleum,chemical, fire-resistant
insulation materials and other industries for powdery materials granulation. It is essential equipment as manufacture
of ceramic sand. Following is a brief under a variety of ceramic, shale.
The main performance of shale is packing density, cylinder compressive strength, water absorption, porosity,
softening coefficient, frost resistance, robustness, stability,of which bulk density, compressive strength of cylinder,
water absorption is an important indicator of ceramic.
Ceramsite has excellent properties ,such as the small packing density , internal porous, shape and composition
more homogeneous, and has a certain strength and robustness, which has light weight, shock resistance and good
isolation (insulation, heat insulation, sound insulation, moisture barrier), etc.
Ceramsite is widely used in construction, metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, agriculture and other sectors,

3. Application of oil ceramic proppant machinery
Disc granulator angle is used by the overall arc structure of stainless steel, with the graining rate of 93%.
Granulator plate design allows discontinuous production operation, greatly reducing the labor intensity
and improving labor efficiency. Reducer and motor adopt a flexible belt drive for smooth start, slowdown
impact and improving equipment life. Multiple radiation steel is used to strengthen the granulator bottom,
durable and never deformed. Thicker, heavier and solid base design makes smooth operation, without
anchor bolts.
4. Working principles of oil ceramic proppant machinery
The pan revolves at a certain angle with the horizontal plane. Add basic fertilizer powder mixed according to
the formula into pan in the process of revolving. The powder will rise along with the revolving disc under the
friction between the powder and the disc, on the other hand, the powder will fall down under the function of
its gravity.
At the same time, the powder is swung towards the pan edge because of the centrifugal force. With the spraying
of cementing agent water, the powder material rolls in a certain trace under the function of these three forces. It
gradually becomes the required size, then overflows by the pan edge.
