1 Description :
This series flat diaphragm pressure sensor using integrated non-cavity structure, without silicone-filled. Diaphragm using a dedicated strong quality stainless steel, even though the measurement medium containing hard particles, it will not damage the diaphragm. Sensitive components using highly sensitive silicon strain gauges, using a special process with high temperature sintering of stainless steel combined together.The product has excellent stability, high temperature resistance, overload, corrosion resistance. Back-end amplifier circuit using sophisticated digital compensation circuit, eliminate errors caused by temperature changes. There are 4 ~ 20mA, 0 ~ 5V, 1 ~ 5V output and other forms of anti-jamming circuit, overvoltage protection functions .
