1.Outline
Industrial water line chlorine analyzer is a microprocessor-line monitor. Used in drinking water treatment plants, drinking water distribution network, swimming pools, industrial wastewater, cooling water circulation on the chlorine content in the water for continuous monitoring and control.
Meter with LCD display; intelligent Chinese menu operation; has a current output selectable measurement range set free, high and low limit alarm prompts and two relay control switch hysteresis range is adjustable; Automatic or manual temperature compensation; automatic or manual pH compensation; electrode variety of automatic calibration mode; RS485 / / RS232 communication and computer connections.
According to user needs to provide flow-through [] [] [Buried Pipeline installation process] and other forms of chlorine electrode.
2 .Structural characteristics and working principle
2.1 Structural features:
Major components of the entire measuring system consists of two parts, the instrument ( secondary instrument ) , chlorine electrode ( a table ) and so on. Chlorine electrode contact test solution, the meter displays the value of the aqueous solution of chlorine , pH and temperature values , and work status .
2.2 How it works:
By the signal measurement instrumentation , computing , display, network communications and command panels and other components . Temperature probe , pH electrode and the sample containing chlorine electrode signal is amplified by the instrument into operation into a low-impedance voltage signal display measured values.
Chlorine gold electrodes (Pu) as a cathode , silver (Ag) as the anode , the electrolyte was filled with 0.1M potassium chloride solution, i.e., (KCl), with selection using hypochlorous acid (HOCl) in the membrane , this membrane only hypochlorous acid molecules can freely penetrate , and hypochlorite ions (ClO-) and chlorine were not through . When measured between the anode and the cathode with the polarization voltage , HOCl molecules through the membrane at the cathode consumption, proportional to the concentration of hypochlorous acid is formed and a current flows through the electrodes , and this current is detected by the instrument into operation the concentration of hypochlorous acid while pH and temperature electrode test solution pH and temperature , chlorine content of the water meter converted in accordance with the detected pH and temperature.
