Equipment overview:
This machine is a special equipment for metal pendulum impact testing machine, which is used to produce metal impact samples with different notch shapes according to relevant standards. The hydraulic drive and electric control reversing solenoid valve control lifting of broach, controllable speed (speed control valve can adjust different cutting speed). At the same time, the lubricating oil lubrication and cooling cutting blade, to ensure that the preparation of the notch size and the surface quality is high standards to meet the use requirements. Broach tool using high-quality W18Cr4V alloy material, high service life. Main function:
Mainly used for processing metal Charpy impact specimen notch pendulum hammer.
Main features:
1: high quality W18Cr4V alloy broach tool, tool parameters of reasonable design, high service life.
2: the main hydraulic components are the use of well-known brands, to ensure the reliability and stability of the hydraulic system.
3: with lubricating system, to broach blade and broach guide oil supply device, for cooling, lubricating and cleaning broach, broaching the notched specimen size and surface roughness can be guaranteed, and prolong the service life of the broach.
The 4 part: the frame is welded by angle steel skeleton, such as channel section, the structure design is reasonable, in line with the operator used. Panel part for sheet metal structure, convenient assembly and disassembly, surface spray treatment, neat appearance.
5: electrical control part of the main electrical components using foreign or Sino foreign joint venture production of well-known enterprises, to ensure the reliability and stability of the equipment.
