ZYJ1251 electronic tensile testing machine
Equipment overview:
This machine is suitable for producing all kinds of non - metal tubes or plates of dumbbell shaped tensile testspecimen and VEKA thermal deformation sample. This machine adopts profiling machining principle, and combined with mechanical transmission principle of screw rotary motion into linear motion, is simple, rapid, convenient and a standard sample, size stability and other characteristics. The machine is equipped with a vacuum cleaner on the working table, which provides a good working environment for the staff. It is an ideal matching product of the electronic tensile testing machine and VEKA thermal deformation testing machine.
Main function:
Mainly suitable for the production of a variety of non-metallic pipe or plate of the dumbbell shaped tensile test specimen and VEKA thermal deformation of the specimen.

1, 8804.2-2003 GB/T "thermoplastic pipe - tensile properties were measured in second parts: PVC (U), (PVC), (C) and high resistance (H1 - PVC) pipe" in the dumbbell type specimen (type 2)
2, 8804.3-2003 GB/T "hot plastic pipe - Tensile Properties of third parts: Polyolefin Pipe" in the provision of dumbbell type specimen (type 1, type 2)
3, GB/T1040-2006 "plastic tensile test method" in the dumbbell type specimen (type 5, type 2, 1B type)
4, GB / T 8802, Vicat specimens specified 1633-2000 GB / T; and the specimen length is less than or equal to 170 mm, width of 16 ~ 30mm, less than or equal to 3 mm thickness is equal to or less than 25mm strip specimen.
