Equipment overview:
CBT1104 autoclaved flyash brick flexural testing machine is the combination of electronic technology and mechanical transmission of new material test machine. It has broad accurate loading speed and stress range, the measurement and control of load and displacement have higher accuracy and sensitivity, can also be the constant loading speed, constant displacement automatic control test.
This series is mainly used in the test load is lower than 10kN of autoclaved lime sand brick test.
Main function:
Specifically designed to test autoclaved flexural strength of flyash brick materials to meet gb11945-1999 "the vapor pressure flyash brick" and the wall brick standard test method for "bending test requirements, but also to meet the requirements of ISO and ASTM standards for the test of the same material.
Main features:
1: the use of high-speed DSP platform, its high integration, powerful control, data processing ability, high reliability, is the use of other processors can not match the test machine.
2: can carry on the test force, the displacement and so on rate control and maintain.
USB1.1 3: communication, communication rate is 12Mb/s, the use of full speed mode, bulk transfer mode.
4: system board uses 4 layers of PCB unique anti interference routing method, strong anti-interference ability.
5: in addition to the power interface, the other interfaces are the standard USB type interface, plug and play interface such interface can be used to achieve hot swap, that is, plug and play function. Interface features can be set up by software online. The interface neat layout reasonable, convenient plug.

7: the whole test process is controlled by microcomputer, real-time dynamic display of load, displacement, test speed and test curve.
8: uses microcomputer for data processing and analysis. The test results can be saved automatically. After the end of the experiment, the test curve can be re - up.
9: full Chinese Windows platform under the test software, with a strong data and graphics processing functions, can print out the complete test report and test curve.
10: have the perfect protection, overload protection, emergency stop and other safety protection function.
