Stainless steel seamless Coiled tubing:
We have the most advanced producing and testing equipment, also have the largest production scale. The outside and inside diameters of the mother tube are worked at the same time .A floating plug made of high grade tool steel with a polished surface is located inside the mother tube .As the tube is drawn trhrough the die ,the floating plug inside the mother tube stays steady because of its shape ,and the burnishing action of the metal flowing over the stationary plug imparts a high tolerance surface finish inside the tube ,Continuously working of the floating plug promotes the tubing length reaching hundreds of meters ,which allows using to make coiled tubing .
