SHR-500A PVC high speed mixer machine is specially designed for the plastic high speed mixing,drying, coloring.
- high speed mixing motor inverter started
- high speed parts 3 methods temperature increatig: material self-friction/electric heating/conduction oil heating
- material discharge 2 methods: temperature controller automatic release/mixing time control
- the parts contact with raw material are all made of stainless steel 304 and mirror polishing treatment
- the barrel covers and three direct links made of cast aluminum
- the bearing chambers with special designs for the lubricating oil injection
- driving motor over current protection design
- PLC touch screen control system can be choosed for the high automatic control requirement
- special designed mixing axis design can avoiding the raw material leaking from the barrel

A: we are professional manufacturer of plastic machines with over 10 years experience.
Q-2, Where is your factory localed? Is it convenient for me to visit?
A: our factory is localed in ZHANGJIAGANG city, Jiangsu Province, China. It's 2 hours from SHANGHAI HONGQIAO airport by car;
It's 2.5 hours from SHANGHA PUDONG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
Both HONGQIAO and PUDONG airports has direct bus to our city. Which is very convenient for customer come to us.
Q-3, Whether your machines do quality checking before delivery:
A: Our factory's standard processing step will ask us do running test to the machines before delivery.
Q-4, Whether your company will send engineer to help customer install, running the machines and training the workers?
A: we have 5 skilled and rich experience engineers ready for customer's requirement.
Q-5, What's your machines quality guarantee period and service after quality guarantee period
A: we will offer our machines one year quality guarantee since the machines arrive at customer's factory. During this period, if the customer's machines broke down cause the quality reason, we will send free spare parts or send engineers for repair for free.
If the machines out of quality guarantee period, we will offer spare parts and repair services at cost prices for life long time of machines.
Q-6, Payment Terms your company accepted?
A: generally we accept TT, L/C at sight.
TT 30% as deposit; TT 70% before delivery.
L/C at sight of total amount.
