Operating principle of ultrasonic hot fix setting machine: get through the electronic circuit, transform the alternating current 220V/50HZ to 35KHZ,once again transform to mechanical energy by transducer. Ultrasonic`s working principle is press the diamond to the head of the welding head, then the welding head send out mechanical energy, the diamond above melt the hot cement through the mechanical vibration, finally, it bonds to the cloth or the cladding.
