Working theory
Ultrasonic rhinestone fixing is to use high frequency sound waves of ultrasonic generator can produce high voltage, high frequency signal, by changing the system, the signal is converted to high-frequency mechanical vibration, and on the diamond and glue, when the temperature reaches the melting point of the diamond and glue itself, make its rapid melting, and then fill in the space between the interface, when vibration stops, diamond and glue under certain pressure cooling setting at the same time, a hot drilling effect thereby.

Denim,Cotton,Jeans,Hemp fabric,Woolen,Synthetic Fiber,Silk,Knitwear,Synthetic Leather,Velvet etc. Especially suitable for the material that can't resist high temperature and easy to deform and discolor.
2) Main components specially imported from other countries, such as two five-way solenoid valve uses from south Korean, cylinder adopts Germany FESTO, two two-way adopt Japan CKD, assuring superior quality and reliable usage.
3) Infrared positioning, precisely hot fix the rhinestone's position and very strong sticking effect
4) With five different size of suction nozzle: 10# 12# 16# 20# 30#
5) Able to work continuously 24 hours, high working efficiency.
Three kinds of strass fix machine
1) ALC8-TZB: Single Disc and single welding head: only can fix one kind of rhinestone one time.
2) ALC8-TZC: Double discs and single welding head: can fix two kinds of rhinestones at same size one time.
3) ALC8-TZD: Double discs and double welding heads: can fix two kinds of rhinestones at two sizes one time.
