- Produce mine hoist equipment with all series : JTK type, loading weight from 1ton
- to 2 tons, JTP type with loading capacity from 3 tons to 4.5tons, JK type loading weight
- from 6 tons to 17tons, all the three types can be made with double drums according to customer demands. The hoist equipment manufactured with mechanical and electrical system, electrical system with PLC frequency inveter control system which is safety and easy for operation.
Application:
The hoist equipment is used to lift mineral, equipment or mining workers in the underground
type mine, such as coal mine, iron mine, copper, gold, and other metal and non metal mine
with vertical shaft or inclined shaft.
Working Principle:
The motor transmits power to the drum which wrapped by wire rope through the reducer to
lift and lower the container. The speed is adjusted by electric drive. the braking of disc
brake via hydraulic and electric system.
Position indicator system shows the depth of the container. The control system integrating
the motor, electric and hydraulic pressure supervises and protects the whole equipment
through a variety of sensors and control elements. Internal and external information
transmission is carried out by the computer and the internet technology.
JTK type mine hoist features:
1. Loading weight from 1ton to 2.5tons.
2. Lifting height from 100m to 600m.
3. Electric control system with easy contactor control
