Elastic Rubber Gasket
Introduction
- We produce EPDM rubber gaskets and natural rubber gaskets, they are used between pipes in shield constructed tunnels & connection channels, their main function is to seal and to waterproof.
- Our rubber gaskets have good aging-resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, good rebound resilience, high pressure resistance and small permanent deformation due to compression, etc. They also have good fungi erosion resistance. They will not slack or have permanent deformation under long time compression, they have good water proofness, waterseal and durability.
- In order to strengthen the water proofness and waterseal of elastic rubber gaskets, our company develops the compound gaskets which are made of perforated EPDM rubber (or natural rubber) and water-swelling rubber. The compound gaskets have good weather resistance, aging resistance, seepage and leakage resistance, corrosion resistance, and easy for handling, etc.
- One layer of water-swelling rubber is added onto the sealing surface to double guarantee the sealing and waterstop performance of compound gaskets. Perforated elastic rubber gaskets can reduce the compression stress during installation, they have good relaxation performance under compression stress, so the service life is lengthened. If there is any gap or deviation between pipes during construction, the compound gaskets can guarantee good sealing and waterstop, therefore, they are widely used in various fields.
