Year 1980's Mr Chen has built a factory making brass fittings,mechanical parts,mainly serving the factories in China
Year 1995 Mr chen started sold products to overseas through trading company.The company name was Zhuji Leon Machinery Facotry.
Year 2000 Ruitong Machinery was founed in order to face the international trading needs.Soon Ruitong Machinery gain the self-export certificate from government.
From year 2000 Till now,Ruitong Machinery has exported products to many countries all over the word.The products lines are expanded.

Q: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are factory.In fact we are made of two factories.One is Zhuji city Ruitong machinery Co.,ltd.The other is Zhuji Bofit machinery Co.,ltd,So we have good capability to produce different types of goods.
Q: What's your main products?
A: Our main products is lubrication tools,gas boilers,auto tools and hardware.Lubrication tools we have more than 30years experience and exported to more than 40 countries.Gas boilers we made 6 years which is cooperated with Germany company.
Q:Are you new factory?
A:Although Bofit founded in 2015,but it is old factory.Just we have new plant and new products so we have this new factories.In fact we have long history.
Q: Which shipping way will you use for the products?
A: For light weight or small, we will use international express, such as TNT, DHL, UPS, FEDEX etc. it always requires 3-5 days and can be reached according to your area, For heavy weight and large size, we would recommend that you take by sea way.
Q: What's your payment terms and delivery date?
A: T/T,L/C,Western union,Paypal,etc. The delivery date depends on your order. Delivery date is 7-25 days. If you need emergency products, we can speed up the production of the first arrangement.
Q: What equipments do you have?
A: With automatic assembly lines for gas boilers,60 automatic lathes,20 normal lathes,12 thread rolling machines, 5 CNC, 2 laser cutting machines, 5 punching machine,pressure testing machine and salt spray testing machine.
1. We ensure that each piece of our products are made according to standard. And all equipment we use is maintained and calibrated to it's original specifications to ensure our products are in good quality. Meanwhile, each processing we have QA to check the quality.
2. We have special person to follow each customer's order in each step. Each requirement will be well carried out during production including products requirement, packing requirement, shipment requirement, documents requirement.
3. Each part will be well packed in polybag and then in strong box to avoid any rust. Our products will not rust when you are stored in your warehouse for more than 1 year.
4. Our sales person will follow up with you after delivery to make certain that your parts meet your expectations

Shipments for small sample order are via DHL,TNT,UPS, or Fedex etc ,normal order is Via Sea from ningbo port or shanghai port.If you need other port,you should tell us before ordering as the cost is different. |
