Size: less than 6mm, otherwise you may need a hammer mill.
Moisture content: 8%-15%.

Working Principle of pellet machine price
When the pellet mill works, the material will be pressed into the die hole under the extrusion force between the die and rollers. Then the pellets will be cut into certain length by the cutting knives near the die.
The diameter of the die hole will determine the diameter of the pellets. We have flat die of hole diameter from 2.5-10mm for making feed pellets and 6-12mm for making wood pellets for you to choose.
You can get different pellet length by adjusting the distance between the die and knives.
