1>. Description of sawdust wood pellet mill with CE
The sawdust wood pellet mill with CE can use wood chips, sahving,sawdust,furniture leftover material, bamboo,EFB,straw,peanut shell,stalk, rice husk as raw materials to press solid wood pellets.
The sawdust wood pellet mill with CE conducts large-scale or industrial wood pellet production and the end pellets can be used for fuel in fireplace, boiler, gasifier or biomass power plant. Equipped with a forced feeder, it can produce excellent wood pellets with high density and combustion value.
Pellet size has 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm,etc.
2>. Features of sawdust wood pellet mill with CE
1. It adopts professional forced feeder and strengthened transmission parts; the ring die, press roll and hoop are specially customized, robust and reliable.
2. Adopts high-precision gear driving so that the output is improved by about 20% compared with belt drive ones.
3. Imported high-quality bearings and oil seal are adopted to ensure efficient, stable and low-noise operation. The granulating room is equipped with air suction temperature-reducing system.
4. The feeder adopts variable frequency and speed-changing motor to prevent blockage and keep smooth feeding.
5. Stainless steel ring dies with multiple bore diameters for options, thus ensures the long service life and good pellet appearance.
6. International advanced compensation type snakelike spring coupling has the properties of novel and compact structure, high safety, low noise and low fault rate.

Machines included:
1. Crushing Process:
we need use the Wood Chipper to chip them into small pieces, then crush the small pieces into wood powder with
diameter less 3mm by Hammer Mill (Crusher).
2. Drying Process:
The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 13~15%. Our Dryercan realize to reduce the moisture from 60%
to 10%. Our stove is fueled by coal, which can save electricity consumption largely.
3. Pelletizing Process:
Pelletizing is the process of making waste materials into solid fuel-wood pellet which is used for burning purposes
Gear drive; SKF bearing; Auto-oiling;Auto-adjusting feeding; Adopting Japanese Steam adjusting system; Auto-adjust steam lnlet; 24h ours continously working.
4. Cooling Process:
After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the wood pellet is about 60~80 degree, and the moisture content
of the wood pellet is about 15%, so we need use Cooler to reduce about 3~4% moisture, such as the wood pellet
is easy to store.
5. Packing Process:
After cooling, the wood pellet will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet affected with
damp. The packing process is necessary. In this process, we assemble our domestic best Semi Auto Packing
