Introduction:
Scrap Copper Wire Granulator is specializing in recycling all kinds of cables and wires such as auto-wires,communicate cables,telephone wires,computer wires and other mixed copper wires/cables which can not be processed by cable stripper machine.
Applicable Scope: 0.5-20 mm wires or cables.
Minimum purity of copper granules: 99.99%

How does it work?
Copper wire granulators work similar to shredders. You are able to create much smaller pieces of end product material than a shredder. What Is The Process?
For those who wish to know more about how this copper wire granulator works we have created a diagram explaining the process. As you can see, in order to work, the scrap wires are fed into the copper wire granulator. Once it is fed through the machine, it is then crushed using the fine crusher and placed on a conveyor. The material is then moved to the vibrator separator which produces two by-products; copper granular and plastic granular. The vibrator is used to separate the copper granular and the wind blower is used to separate the plastic granular. There you have it- the copper wire granulator process of producing two recycled products adding revenue to your business.
