2.YNTSH-LCN-1 Dry Gas Air Filter
YNTSH-LCN-1 is high filtration equipment which plays a crucial role on the protection of precision equipment in gas processing and transportation systems downstream. It is mainly removed dust, solid particle and rust in the gas. It can used for gas dust removing, removing the desiccant particles on drying bed downstream, removing catalyst particles on catalyst bed downstream, metering and regulating stations, city gas distribution system, protection downstream equipment.

Working Principle
While containing impurities flow into the filter, large particle collide with deflector inside the filter then start separating from the natural gas. Fine solid particle will be removed when the gas flow from the outside through filter element. Finally the purified gas exiting from the filter.

3.YNTSH-LCN-2 Gas-Liquid Coalescer Filter
Gas-liquid coalescling filter effects: liquid content can be reduced to 0.003ppmw, for removal of solid particles with accuracy 0.3micron,99.99% filtering efficiency. Cleaning and excluding fluid mist gas is crucial for equipment reliability and economic efficiency. It is fitted with INCOCO patent element, with multilayer combination of separation material and hydrophobic and oleophobic treatment, it removes liquid and solid contaminants at a lower pressure, maximum efficiency, reduce maintenance and operation cost caused by gas contamination.

Working Principle

Wet gas flow into inlet of filter, when large particle met with dam-board, it will accumulate into larger particle, then drop down, gas with fine particle will flow around filter element, filter from outside to inside, separate from inside to outside, then impurity accumulates and discharge from drain, dry gas flow from outlet.

5.INOCO-500series wire mesh gas separator filter
INOCO 500 Series gas separator filter is mainly used in the need for efficient removal of solid and liquid particles , regardless of the particle size these also can be applied. Gas separator filter is particularly suitable for removing dust and smoke which is extremely small. Its wide range of applications, including eliminating lubricants from processing air, removing impurity from upstream gas pipelines in regulator stations and compressor stations and removing ethanol from the gas after dehydration and etc. Series 500 gas filter separator is combined by YNT mesh demister and YNT coalescence elements. the droplets more than 3-5μm can be 100% separated; between 0.5 ~ 3μm droplets can be 99%separated , and the solid particles 0.5μm are 99% filtered.

Rechargeable filtering devices are equipped at the head side of the separator. The type and accuracy level can be chosen with different working requirements. Solid impurity substances in minimal size will be gathered into mist style stuff and removed.
Step 3: Leaf separating
With a mesh demistre, the liquid drop will be collected and stored in the catch basin in the bottom of the filter separator.

INOCO 700 series separating filter is combined by YNT vane separated and YNT coalescence elements ,the droplets more than 5-8 um can be 100% separated ad the solid particles 0.5 um are 99% filtered.

INOCO learns the advantages of domestic and foreign cyclone tube technology and developed the separation for gas-liquid-solid phase with high efficiency performance and wear resistant and corrsion resistance. It has high surface hardness(surface hardness up to HV 900~1000), great corrosion resistance(applicable to acids, alkalis, wet hydrogen sulfide environment and etc)

Cyslone tube is  a 2" using centrifugal principle of tubular pipe. Gas to be filtered entrrs the inlet port and forms torational flow in tube, as for the liquid and solid particles and gas density differences, with the centrifugal force separated, clean fuel gas from the conduit to flow away the solid and liquid particles fall into the bottom of the separator from the conduit then drain away from the outfall, The number of cyclone tube is based on the actual gas flow and pressure drop allowed.

Detailed Description
While finish drilling work, reservoir fluid mixture flows into hole and it is trapped to surface by high pressure pump. This mixture has three liquid (crude oil, natural gas and water), it will usually generate some solids. High efficient three phase separator has good separating efficiency, use liquid pretreatment, plate groove distribution liquid, mechanical demulsification
Technology circulating environment, high efficient packing and coalescence and rectification,
Oil and water page and interface automatically control, separate with chemical demulsifier,
Which lets separator with low resistance, large capacity, high efficient dehydration to achieve max automatic operation.

Separating technology characteristics
1.High quality water deprivation, crude oil with high water content will achieve qualified
Oil purification standard, that is waste water containing oil less than 1000mg/l.
2.high flow capacity, 2-3 times compared with ordinary three phase separator.
