Element material:  stainless steel 316 powder is made into sintered elements by YNT unique sintering process in Inert gas,before sintering ,the metal powder is without extrusion and Adhesive or other substance

Moreover there will be nickel and 300 series stainless steel and various alloy such as Inconel,Monel,Hastelloy and Carpenter 20 and etc.

Using high quality stainless steel powder as raw material, after high temperaturesintering production and become, resistant to acid and alkali resistant, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, large flux, can be used repeatedly to clean, can be used for high temperature and high viscosity of high corrosive liquid and gas filtration.

Material & Temperature

316 low carbon stainless steel powder sintering adopts INOCO proprietary technology with hitches in inert atmosphere. Before sintering, metal powder by extrusion, nor with the use of other materials such as adhesives.
Metal powder sintered porous filter element can choose all kinds metals such as stainless steel, Monel, Inconel alloy, hartz alloy and Ti alloy as raw materials, metal sintering filter elements keep the metal corrosion and high temperature resistant characteristics.
Metal powder sintered filter element can serve up to 1050 ℃ high temperature gas environment, can also be applied to all kinds of acid, alkali, salt solution and reduction, in the oxidizing atmosphere, it can be used in very wide condition of chemical processing all kinds of difficult to deal with the gas and liquid materials.

8,Microporous metal powder filter element coating technology

The biggest advantage of the coating structure is to increase the filter flux, optimization of the reverse blowing regeneration effect, enhance the absolute filtration precision.

Coating structure (see below) is on the wall thickness of 2 mm larger aperture on the sintered porous metal components of coating a layer of effective filter layer thickness of 0.2 mm.
