1>. Details of Organic Fertilizer Making Line:
The Organic Fertilizer Making Line is used to all kinds of organic matter after fermentation, raw materials no need to dry and can work out granules directly after crushing ingredients, can save a lot of energy. Raw material moisture content can be around 20% to 40%.
Organic Fertilizer Making Line From Animal Manure is especially suitable for lightweight powder granulation material. Basic particle, the more fine powder materials, particle sphericity degree is higher, the quality of the ball is better. In genral, raw material particle size should be less than 50 mesh mesh advisable.
The granulating rate can get 90% or higher.
Produce particles is ball shape, Usually in the particle size of 0.3-3 mm, the size of the particle diameter by moisture size mixing amount and spindle speed adjust appropriately, in general, mix amount is lower, the higher speed, the smaller the particle, and On the contrary, the particles are bigger.
