Summary:
Harmonic Eliminator for 6 ~ 35kV neutral point grounding grid electromagnetic voltage transformer (hereinafter referred to as VT): When no load or less load occurs to the bus, it’ll make voltage transformer saturation and further lead to ferroresonance over-voltage, relatively voltage instability, and malfunction of the ground indication. Whats more, the VT high-voltage fuse burns, and further cause other serious accidents.
It’s a high-capacity nonlinear damped harmonic resistor installed between YO primary or secondary winding neutral point of 6-35KV VT and ground. Compared with traditional RXQ type harmonic eliminator, LXQ type is largely improved in the design of raising thermal capacity. Its base material, ultra-fine particle SiC, has excellent electric performance. After being compressed by large volume compressor, it becomes high density round and flat slab body. Then it gets sintering through high temperature. By special treatment on the surface, the eliminator can be exposed to sun or rain (the main standard of SiC harmonic eliminator is that it won’t explode after shower of cold water. So it can be applied directly to the outdoors. It’s very popular due to its small volume, light weight, high strength, easy installation and fast heat output.

- Frequency: 48HZ ~ 62HZ
- Earthquake intensity degree 8 and below 8
- It can’t be directly exposed to sun or rain in the long term, although it’s rainproof.
