Blanking Buffer Bed Introduction
Belt buffering bed are used in the conveyor loading points or transfer points to replace traditional cushion rollers. It's designed to absorb impact loading which will dramaically reduce shock and
stress loading on the structure.
The impact bar is composed of three different layers.The top layer is made of UHMWPE sheet
for movement of the conveyor belt.The middle layer is made of rubber-to cushion the impact load.
While the lower layer is for fastening impact pads on to the main support frame, which is usually
made of aluminium.
