Features
It is mainly composed of vaporizing boiler, condenser and electric device.
a)The vaporizing boiler is made of stainless steel and the heater at the bottom of the boiler heat the water and produce steam with electricity.
b)Condenser: It is made of stainless steel and stainless-steel-made coil pipes are set in it. The distilled water is produced by cooling the steam coming from the vaporizing boiler.
c)Electric device: Electric control device is used in this part and the water level in the vaporizing boiler is controlled and the heater will not be damaged even there are no water in the boiler.

1.Made some improvement on traditional water-cooled distillers, our new type air-cooled water distillers can save lots of water resource during water-distilling process. Specifically speaking, comparing with water-cooled distillers, our air-cooled ones can save as much as 9 times of superior quality water each hour. Hence, our air-cooled water distiller is a kind of extremely low energy consumption water-distilling apparatus.
2.Our new type air-cooled water distiller is designed according to the working habits of modern people. Its exterior structure is simple, user-friendly and practical. Our air-cooled distiller is designed with build-in type heating elements, which effectively avoids over-heating of the distiller-shell and splashing of high temperature water. Thus, users will never be burned by the high temperature water.
3.A water-cooled distiller needs to be equipped with a special water-tank table and an external water source. However, there is no need to supply any external water source to air-cooled distillers. Commonly used bottled drinking water is an ideal water source for air-cooled distillers. Designed with a water-dispenser-like structure, our air-cooled distillers can be positioned in any place of instrument rooms, teaching and research rooms, and more.
4.Auto controlled by a microcomputer system, our air-cooled distiller is characterized by simple and convenient operation. In addition to placing a bottle of bottled water on and supplying power supply to the water distiller, users will be able to obtain high quality distilled water by doing nothing more. Comparing with traditional water-cooled distillers, air-cooled distillers are easier to operate and use.
5.The water quality is in conformation with National Pharmacopoeia standard. Re-distilled water can also be obtained by repetitive use of our air-cooled distillers, thus satisfying users’ different demands on distilled-water.

A: Sometimes users will get some problems when they operate the instruments which are unfamiliar or first time use, users can send us emails or call us about detailed information. We will provide users solution or operation video.For so many years’ experience, our instruments works well during warranty period. If there any parts are broken during warranty period, we would like to provide spare parts for free.
Q: How to solve the disputes between CHINCAN and customers during the after-sales maintenance?
A: We will be customer oriented,and make concessions in some principles , we will properly handle the disputes to maximize customer's satisfaction.
Normally all CHINCAN products are supplied with a warranty of 12 Months from the date of shipment. This warranty is entirely dependent on the following conditions:
1.The following circumstance don't belong to the warranty policy which is Man-made damages caused by improper operations.
2.The instruments must be operated in accordance with our operating guidelines; serviced and maintained on a regular basis in accordance with the terms specified in the relevant user manual.
3. Only approved spare parts should be used in the instruments which bought from CHINCAN and these should be changed on a regular basis as specified in the relevant user manual. Details of the approved spare parts and accessories for each instrument are shown in the user manual or alternatively this information can be obtained from CHINCAN.
