JOLINE® is the Super cheap price with high reflective HOT MELT ROAD MARKING, based on the Thermoplastic Ester Gum or Maleic Resin and intermixed at least 13% of glass beads.It is used for lining on highway, road, car park, floor of factory, pavements, etc.
The line is durable and underformed under sunlight heat.

Road marking applicator
Marking the intended line firstly.
JOLINE® is heated to 180oC–200oC in suitable boiler until getting the available mixture (heated from 15-20 minutes).
The kept at that temperature available mixture is transferred into applicator for practicing onto the surface which was coated primer.
It should be from 1.5–2.0 mm of thickness for each coat and the practiced coats are not more than 6 mm of thickness in total. The next coat is only practiced when the prior one completely hard-dry.
Scattering glass beads at the rate of 300-400g/m2 (heated to 180oC) above the finish coat during the touch-dry time.
Glass bead application
Glass bead scatters should be practiced during the time of waiting for the finish coat drying to touch.
Applicator is in glass bead scatter mode. Its compression is adjusted so that 40%-60% of glass bead bodies are raised on the line surface.
Store in dry places. Keep away from sources of heat & ignition.
The practiced surface temperature is more than 7oC (It's at least 3oC above the dew point). The scattered glass beads make reflective effect of the practiced surface in present. By the time the practiced surface has been braded,the reflective effect will be made by its intermixed glass beads.
Don't heat JOLINE® up to the degraded degree of 230oC.
The practiced equipment has to be heated before and kept at 180oC–200oC during practiced time. The available mixture has to be practiced within 6 hours. The JOLINE®PRIMER, practiced by brush, roller or spray, has to be coated 3-5 minutes before in order to get the touch-dry.
To get the best reflective effect, the compression should be adjusted so that 40%-60% of glass bead bodies are raised on the line surface.
The finished surfaces shall be protected from traffic and walking until their marking get the completely hard-dry.
