Product Description

 JOWAY® is a special paint used for traffic, based on unmodified Acrylic Thermoplastic. It resists to water, alkali and gasoline, stands abrasion very well. JOWAY® is used for road marking of runway, highway, bridge and wharf, road and pedestrian crossing, separate road, car park, factory, sport court, play ground, etc.

Theoretical coverage : 3 ÷ 5m²/kg/coat
Drying time (23oC): Max. 15 minutes
Recoat interval: Min. 1 hours after.
Thinner / cleaner: JOTHINNER® - 400

 

Tools :

  • Brush, roller, spray gun, road marking applicator. Clean tools after using.
Application

Stir well to the can bottom.
Thinner should be only used in the case of exceptional circumstances (max. 5% by the weight).

Glass beads Application:

Applicator is in glass bead scatter mode. Its compression is adjusted so that 40%-60% of glass bead bodies are raised on the line surface.
To get the best reflective effect, glass bead scatter should be practiced during the time of waiting for the finish coat drying to touch

Storage:

Store in dry places. Keep away from sources of heat & ignition.

Precaution

 Drying time depends on temperature, humidity and ventilation of application space. 
High temperature and good ventilation help the drying time to be more quickly
