HSP MB104/MB105/MB106 woodworking thickness planer machine for furniture production
Thickness Planer is a tool used for smoothing rough lumber or reducing the thickness of a board. With a planer every board on a project can be a perfect match. A planer will not straighten a bowed board.
1.Function Description
--The body is with heavy-duty steel and with special heat treatment process, better stability and lower noise.
--Feeding speed of the two-speed, convenient for users to be adjusted according to different workpiece quality.
--Two high speed spindles equipped with SKF high-speed bearings, more smooth rotation.
--All the parts are made with fine processing of high-precision CNC Center, greatly improve the precision.
--The strict and elaborate assembly process to ensure each equipment requirement gets to its standard indicator.

Spacious and clean workshop creates a comfortable work environment for workers to work smoothly. At the same time, finished products are set in the warehouse neatly.

Q: How can I order from you?
1. When both sides agree to the quotation and make a deal, we send you Proforma Invoice, Packing List and other required documents for custom clearance. Buyers transfer us deposit, when we receive into bank account, we start production and keep you update for the process(shoot photos, videos).
2. Before delivery, machines should be tested to ensure its normal operation. Also send some photos of the packing and details to make sure they are in good condition.
3. All the documents will be delivered to you by DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT etc. for your custom clearance purpose.
