DW - YAG500 metal cutting machine is a collection of optical, mechanical and electrical professional laser cutting equipment,  it is produced by our Company, the key parts adopt imported components, has various advantages,such as novel appearance,       unique structure, easy operation,  fast cutting speed,high precision and stable performance, can be widely used in various types of metal cutting. Specific advantages are as follows:
1.High precision: positioning accuracy 0.05 mm, repetitive positioning accuracy to 0.02mm.                                                     2.Smooth cutting edge:no burr cut surface, surface roughness commonly controlled within Ra12.5 .
3.High cutting speed:Cutting speed can reach 4.5 m/min, the largest positioning speed can be up to 10 m/min, much faster than the speed of the line cutting.
4.Good cutting quality: trimming thermal effect is very small, little thermal deformation of workpiece, completely avoid materials   formed edge collapse when punching and shearing, kerfgenerally do not need secondary processing .
5.Save material: using a computer programming,can put the different shapes of products to nesting cut the entire board, maximize material utilization.
