Corrugated cardboard partition Machine
The main structure and function characteristics:
1. the paper roll shaft adopts patterned roll, paper feeding axis pressure adjustment adopt eccentric wheel adjusting, left and right eccentric wheel can adjust pressure independently.
2.Paper push board department adopts double side baffles and the tailgate to steady board, so that in the process of pushing plate paper took on a piece of cardboard paper dislocation, cause slot error ,can better adapt to all kinds of the quality of the cardboard, and paper feding stability and accurately.
3.Slotting cutter aging castings processing, slotting knife use sawtooth semicircle arc knife to slot and remove paper scrap, After slotting, cardboard come into the transmission belt and output.
4.After cardboard slotting, the cardboard are transfered by four transmission belt of equipment output department, Stack into the cardboard tray, smooth transmission, neatly stacked, (count function is optional)
5.This machine power is equipped with frequency control of motor speed, fast or slow speed adjustment arbitrarily , frequency converter adopt Taiwan Delta.
6.The machine adopt manually planetary gear phase to adjust the cardboard size , can adjust directly with machien no-stopping.
