1.The electric appliances of the whole machine adopt the product of SCHNEIDER made in FRANCE (adoption).
2.Straight gear drive.The gears are after high frequency quenching and grinding
3.All the rollers are plated with chromium to encrease their hardness.
4.Spray circulated oil lubrication.
5.Return to zero and adjust printing plate automatically.
6.Module-designed. Multicolor printing sections can be combined as your requests.
7.The side baffle of feeder and slotter are all adjusted electrically.
8.PLC, touch screen and frequency-variable controller are adopt,accurate and reliable.
Feeding-unit:
1Lead edge feeding type, and back kick feeding type.
2Vacuum absorption assist paper feeding ensure stable high-speed operation. The air volume can be adjusted according to the camber of the paperboard.
3PLC and color touch screen. Lower failure and higher efficiency, and is easy to learn and operate.
4.The main machine and fan motor applies transducer speed regulation,stable and energy saving.
Printing unit:
1The printing roller and trace pressing roller: good quality SSTU, grinded and hard chrome-plated.
2Hang printing plate system, it is easy to install and change printing plate. Foot switch operate.
Slotting unit
1.The function of the double shaft slotting unit(Adopt units). Big size carton box or kicking paperboard slitting can save loading knife time.
2.Slotting phase and the height carton box adjusting, computer and the electrical number can be controlled.
3.Line wheel, slotting knife a move transversely adjustment, computer and electric control.
4.Creasing gap adjusting, computers and digital electronic control (choose configuration).
Die-cutting unit
The rubber roller adopt mechanical control the position move left and right. The movement distance is 40mm.
Stacker unit
1.Installed with safeguard mechanism the paper-receiving arm can be operated by hand or automatically in order to prevent the sudden falling down of the paper-receiving arm for the safety of the operating personnel.
2.The rising and descending of the machine tool platform is driven by the powerful chain.
3.The hight of piling is 1600mm.
4.The surface corrugated belt can prevent the sliding of the paperboard.
