Functional
features:
Used for LED lamp finished products inspection aging through high voltage,
normal voltage, low voltage, roaming and fluctuation voltage ,impact functions,
high temperature zones to observe whether short-circuit, capacitance burst
and black points will occur. Also used for inspecting the simulation daily use
of LED lamp cycling circuit and roaming seasoning area. The power system
uses frequency conversion speed regulation system, which is of low noise,
easy for operation.Depending on the region, such as Europe and the voltage
case,aging 110V LED lights.
Motor:
adopt Taiwan brand 1500w east cropland motor, WPS80 type 1:6 0 of the
speed reducer, the domestic well-known brand 2 HP's island converter,
frequency conversion step less speed regulation, linear speed 1-5 m/min
can be adjusted.speed control with reducer.
Machine body
and stand:
Made of 40×40 rectangle steel pipe by welding.Upper and lower body side
protection using special aluminum alloy aging line dedicated .Protective board
is made of 1.5mm cold steel sheet by bending. Support legs are equipped with
galvanized adjustable soles.
Conveying chain:
double-pitch single-side-ear double-hole chain manufactured by Shanghai
Chain Factory, 20m long.
daily output:
The aging line once can also aged 992pcs B22 bulbs ,128pcs E27 bulbs
280pcs tube lights in any combination of T5/T8/T10
Chain plate:
Made of 2mm thick 148×1450×15mm cold rolling sheet, total 140 plates 62
plants for B22 ,8 plates for E27 ,and 70 plates for tubes and equipped with MCB
(joint venture Foshan factory);Road conductive bottom of the chainplate mounting
system(copper), each installation of two conductive blocks, each plate were installed 2.
Conductive slot:
Up and down with all the conduction channel rail, the insulating rubber sheet, assembly
stainless steel electric tank.
High temperature
zone:
normal temperature maximum - 80 °C, 3 meter high temperature zone.
Detecting of the
impact of circuit:
Set any zone as cycling control zone. Shock-time by the PLC microcomputer control.
Detecting aging
roaming zone:
Set any zone as an Roaming zone, voltages fluctuate with the time change.
180 - 220 - 250 the uninterrupted change, roaming area time is controlled by
PLC Microcomputer
Whole line voltage
zones:
Totally five voltage regulators,each 10kw , the effective voltage area altogether
designs seven zones, this seven zones will be show in control box. voltage
regulator three of them 0-- 250 v adjustable, two of them voltage regulator
0-- 300 v adjustable .
A low pressure area: 10KW0-250V self coupling voltage regulator 1.
Atmospheric zone: 10KW0-250V self coupling voltage regulator 2.
High pressure area: 10KW0-300V self coupling voltage regulator 1.
High temperature and high pressure zone: 10KW0-300V self coupling
voltage regulator 1
Electrical appliance
control:
Digital display is used for voltage temperature control instructions , the whole
system USES the Chinese brand xinjie PLC control, voltage regulator five, using
a distribution control cabinet installed in la body with urgent stop switch lamp
convenient to stop in time
Touch screen:
The whole system adopts 7.5 inch type China brands Xinjie touch screen control
Color:
computer white.
