I. Design Features of Steam boiler for Processing preserving

1. Equipped with up tube wall at drum bottom, to eliminate the stagnant water at the bottom of the drum, the sludge is not easy to deposit, high temperature area of drum can get good cooling, prevent the lower part of the drum get break.

2. With interlock protection function to water shortage and overpressure , that is the water level of boiler is lower below 50 mm than the center water level, and pressure is greater than 1.25 MPa, it will be automatically stop running and locked. Once shortage of water, burner and pumps are interlocked, only restart after open restoration with a special key

3. Boiler water level automatic control function: when the boiler water level is lower than 40 mm below the center water level, water pump automatically open, when the water level is 40 mm above the center water level, the pump automatically stop, also can manually open the pump on the instrument panel

6.Suitable for firing natural gas, LPG, CNG, diesel, light oil, heavy oil, waste oil.
