Features of pvc hot cutting granulating line :
Conical Twin Screw Extruder + TWO STAGE FAN COOLING INCLUDE STORAGE
a. Main granulator part: motor 22kw, 37kw, 45kw with SIEMENS contactor and switch, JAPAN NSK breaing.
b. Main cutting granules: which is the most important part for this line, we have specialized cutting knife to become international standard size: 2.5mmx3mm granules.
c. Two stage fan cooling: we can choose one stage, two-stage, or three-stage to cool, also can equip with vibrating sieve to choose quality granules for our customers.
