Characteristics of the equipment
DEERNA series PVC roof tile manufacturing machine is mainly used in the area of buliding,wokshop etc.
Produce process
PVC powder + additive →mixing →spring feeding →twin screw extruder →mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine →haul off machine →cutting machine →stacker
Customer mix the raw material (PVC powder, Caco3, so on additives ) into Extruder, after plastify in extruder, material went into mould, the mould and calibration table form the material into pvc roof tile, after cooling , haul-off and cutter, the pvc roof tile are produced well on stacker.
