Retorts from the pot, lid, opening device, locking wedge, safety interlocks, track, sterilization baskets, steam nozzle and some nozzle and other components. Lid sealed with inflatable silicone rubber temperature seals, reliable, long life. Having a heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, the liquid material boiling time is short, easy to control the heating temperature and so on. Retorts are mainly used in food industry, medicine and so on!
1.More equal temperature, no dead angle: Circulated water in sterilizer flows equally up and down and left and right, which ensures from temperature increase and keeping to temperature decrease inside tank and equal heat distribution of any point.
2. Short-time sterilization at high temperature: Rapid temperature increase and decrease can reach sterilization effect. The sterilizer adopts hot water circulation of double tanks to perform sterilization. It first heats water inside hot water tank to required sterilization temperature and rapidly transfers overheated water to sterilizer. So the efficiency is very high.
3. Energy saving and environment protection: Used hot water and cooling water during sterilization can be recycled, which has saved energy, time, human power and material resource and lowered production cost
4. High automation: Whole sterilization process can be controlled and operated by PLC or manually. It is equipped with Siemens PLC, Siemens touch screen, paperless (paper) recorder and imported auto valves. Control is stable and reliable.
5. Process data record: All sterilization data, temperature curve, pressure curve, F value can be stored or printed by data processing software, convenient for production management and traceability.
6. Convenient and reliable operation: Rotary type double tank sterilizer adopts pneumatic elastic tightening device, which makes sure reliable tightening and convenient operation.
7. Formulation management: Production management is performed according to product formulation. There is no need for changing many process parameters due to product replacement to ensure product quality.
