1) Wire shelf made of carbon steel, stainless steel. The diameter of wire rod is according to the international criteria: Φ6.0mm, Φ4.5mm, Φ3.5mm.
2) The handles and posts are made of carbon steel, stainless steel. The tube diameter: Φ25.4mm, and thickness: 1.4mm.
3) Surface treatment: Chroming, stainless steel and Resin coating.
Weight Capacity: 20kg~350kg/shelf
4) Salt spray test: ≥ 48 hours
Product application:
5) Used widely in many places. The metal material is dust free, and can easily adjust the height. It is also equipped with ESD property.

ESD-Safe Wire Shelving Starter Unit - 74 Inch
• 800 lb. capacity shelves adjust on 1" centers along double notched posts (600 lb. capacity for 60" x 24" and 72" x 24" shelves).
• Starter Units include 4 posts, 4 shelves and post sleeves.
• The Add-on Units include 2 posts, 4 shelves, post sleeves and S-hooks. Add-on units can be attached end-to-end, back-to-back, or at right angles for maximum space utilization.
• Accommodates LEWISBins+ ESD-Safe Part Bins , ESD-Safe Divider Boxes and ESD-Safe Shelf Bins.
• To make shelving conductive, order four (4) conductive post sleeves per shelf, a Lewis Bins ESD Safe Grounding Wiregrounding wire and/or conductive casters. (see model numbers below).
• Conductive Post Sleeves manufactured with a copper strip should be used in place of the plastic post sleeves to ensure shelf conductivity to ground.
• Conductive Rubber Casters for optimal ESD protection (200 lb. capacity each).
• Ground Wire prevents the accumulation of electro-static charges when grounding wire is in contact with a conductive floor.
