  • Quick and easy assembly, no tools necessary. Plastic split sleeves snap together onto post grooves to create a positive lock with shelf collars.
  • Load capacities for shelves:
    800 lbs per shelf 18" to 48" length
    600 lbs per shelf 48" to 72" length
  • Load capacity for shelving units; 2,000 lbs
  • Open wire construction promotes higher visibility, greater air circulation, more ambient light, and a cleaner, drier storage environment.
  • Starter units consist of 4 shelves, 4 posts, and 16 plastic split sleeves.
  • Leveling feet on posts help compensate for uneven or irregular floor surfaces.
  • Shelves can placed at 1" increments on posts. Posts are numbered and double-grooved every 5" for easy calibration.

Design and Construction Features

  • Utilizes a heavy duty open wire shelf design: wires of mat assembly are spaced 7/16" (11mm) apart to accommodate rounded bottom of soda bottles.
  • Makes shelves up to 25% stronger and provides a retaining ledge for increased storage stability and product retention.
  • Tapered split sleeves of high-temperature-resistant ABS plastic create a positive lock that becomes stronger as the load increases.

These bright, shiny, chrome-plated all purpose 42” high (with casters) carts are a flexible as they are Conductive metal wire shelvingpractical. Each unit is equipped wit 3 sturdy wire shelves and includes an adjustable 10” handle.

All sizes are equipped with 5” casters (two locking). All shelves adjust in 1” increments to adjust for load changes. Units are available with a solid top or bottom shelf option.
