This full automatic paper cone production line for textile, the main driving force transmitted through a cam mechanism for time control purposes. It uses a range of electrome chanical control technologies such as post operation control, high/low two-speed inverter control, photoelectric control, approach control and pneumatic delay control to ensure less manpower, low energy consumption, high efficiency and top quality production. It is suitable for the production of various conical bobbins. It consists of paper cone winding unit, drying oven, and paper cone finishing unit.

A:Tighten to container with steel wire rope and welded machine with container by angel iron 
B. Main corrugated box machines and un-coiler is naked(If you need we can also packed with water-proof plastic) 
C. PLC contral system and motor pump are packed in wooden box with water proof paper coverage
