1. Can i get a sampe order for testing?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. with freight collect or prepaid by
Paypal or Western Union or T/T.
2. How can i test SHILED KING led module?
A: Connect the wire of modules to your own power supply whose output voltage should be DC12V or
DC24V.If you do not have such a power supply, please ask us to provide with samples. pls kindly note
the +/- marks on the wire and connect to the +/- pole of power supply correctly.
3. What is the max quantity of one string?
A: Normally we suggest max 20pcs per string the largest series 60pcs(prohibit surpass in series qty)
if you really need more quantity of a string, please contact us to check the possibility.
4.Do you also sell power supplies or connectors for the led modules ?
A: Yes. But please make sure the power supply should allow some capacity to protect itself and
modules with 20%~30% capacity unused, i.e. Power Input is 20%~30% more than the exact
power consumption of modules connected to it.
5.Can I install the high power LED modules into outdoor advertising
boards or use in opening conditions directly?
A: Our modules’ IP rating is IP65, are suitable to be used in outdoor advertising lighting boxes,
sign board channel letters or carbines, but we suggest better not to be exposed to opening
conditions influence working life.
6.How to deal with the defect products?
A: Firstly, our defective rate is less than 0.3%, so there is no big problem to the led modules.
Secondly, we usually offer 3 years warranty for our led modules.
Thirdly, during the guarantee period, we will resend new lights with the new order for small quantity,
if there are many lights don't work, we can repair them, then resend them to you.
7. Can we get support if we have our own market position?
