Introduction:Remarkable performance production line corrugated single facer group machine
Single Facer is the main machine for producing the corrugated paperboard. Vacuum suction model single facer has very good production precision. The choose of the machine is directly effecting the quality of the corrugated paperboard.
Characteristics:Remarkable performance production line corrugated single facer group machine
1. Cover vacuum suction.
2. Corrugating roll is made of high quality alloy steel 48CrMo, the surface is medium-frequency quenched and chrome-plated. Hardness can reach HRC55~60, which ensures good wear-resistance and long life service.
3. No gear transmission.
4. Glue roll is lifted and lowered pneumatically.
5. Independent glue clean device and electric glue-separate board to control the width of glue.1.Manually regulate or electrically regulate the display device.
6. Lubricated by high temperature lubricate grease.
7.Surface of all dancing rolls and preheating rolls is grinded and chrome-plated.
8. Pressure roll is medium- frequency quenched and chrome-plated.
9. Width 1400mm~2000mm.
10. Preheating rolls, pressure rolls and corrugating rolls all meet the National Standard of Pressure Vessel. Working pressure is 1.1MPa.

Packing and shipping
1. Tighten to container with steel wire rope and welded machine with container by angel iron
2. Main corrugated box machines and un-coiler is naked(If you need we can also packed with water-proof plastic)
3. PLC control system and motor pump are packed in wooden box with water proof paper coverage
